Shipping Policy
Orders are fulfilled and shipped same day if purchased on or before 12pm EST. If your order is placed outside of that window, it gets shipped typically between 2-5 business days from date of purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
At KenKar Fashion, we want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not happy with the product in any way, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@kenkarfashion.com or 512-394 -7204 within 30 days of the delivery date.
Purchase price will be honored for all refunds with a receipt on unworn product within 30 days of the delivery date.

You may return goods and receive a refund provided:
(1) They are received back at our Returns Department within 30 days. These 30 days commence the day after your order is delivered as established by order tracking.
(2) They have not been damaged, washed, altered, or excessively worn and must include the original packaging, labeling, and Returns Form.

We'll do everything we can to process your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that KenKar Fashion is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We only accept returns from kenkarfashion.com.
